- Following directions from management and be able to work independently
- Attention to detail
- Ability to perform physically demanding work on a regular basis
- Customer service skills
- NATE certified strongly preferred
- Pass background check, drug screening and have a valid driver's license

$55,000
Stephen's Technician salary range
$55,000 to $135,000
Stephen’s pays more than other HVAC companies. Higher producing team members make even more money through bonuses – it’s as simple as that.
